Refund policy

Return

Our return policy is 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Nous ne remplaçons les articles que s'ils sont défectueux ou endommagés. Si vous avez besoin de l'échanger contre le même article, envoyez-nous un courriel à passionlaine.boutique@gmail.com. Nous vous communiquerons l'adresse pour retourner votre article. 

Expédition

Pour retourner votre produit, envoyez-nous un courriel à passionlaine.boutique@gmail.com. Nous vous communiquerons l'adresse pour retourner votre article. 

Vous serez responsable du paiement de vos propres frais d'expédition pour le retour de votre article. Les frais d'expédition ne sont pas remboursables. Si vous recevez un remboursement, les frais de retour seront déduits de votre remboursement.

Selon l'endroit où vous habitez, le temps que cela peut prendre pour que votre produit échangé vous parvienne peut varier.
