You will create your first piece while honing your technique in a friendly and motivating atmosphere!
This course is suitable for those who already have crochet skills (single crochet, increase, and decrease) and who wish to learn more sophisticated techniques, particularly for creating amigurumi.
This course is in-person.

Intermediate level course
Amigurumi
Goals:
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Create a magic circle;
- Perform invisible increases and decreases;
- Install security cameras;
- Stuff your amigurumi correctly;
- Make the color changes;
- Assemble the different parts with and without seams;
- Embroider the details;
- Read an amigurumi pattern.
Duration: 2h00 per week x 3 weeks, same day, same time (total of 6 hours)
Number of participants : Maximum group of 6 people
Minimum age (if for you child) : 16 years old
Start:
- Groupe 1: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
- Groupe 2: Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Location: All classes take place in La Prairie (at my home).
Course language: In French only
Discount on purchases during training: 15% discount is granted to you on the purchase of products in the store throughout the duration of your training.
Materials provided (included in the price):
- A color printed course guide;
- French patron of All from Jade (Quebec designer)
Equipment to bring (it is possible to buy the equipment through the shop except for the scissors)
- 100% acrylic yarn #4 in the following colors:
- Cream (10 g);
- Taupe (50 g);
- Noir (5 g);
- Sun yellow (5 g);
- Pale pink (1 g);
- Bourrure (50 g);
- Safety eyes 12 mm (1 pair);
- Wool needle with curved tip (1x);
- A pair of scissors;
- 4.50 mm hook and 3.50 mm hook
Cost: 125,00 $ plus taxes (for the course hours and the guide).
If you wish to purchase the materials at the shop, ALL the materials (thread, eyes, stuffing, and the curved-tip needle): $13.75 plus taxes.
If you need the hooks, each one costs $14.90 plus tax.
Cancellation or refund policies - Passionlaine applies the Consumer Protection Act (LPC)
Course canceled by Passionlaine:
If the entire course is canceled by Passionlaine before the start of the course is eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation before the start of classes:
If you cancel your registration before the course begins, Passionlaine cannot claim fees or require compensation.
Cancellation after classes start:
If the courses have started, you will have to pay these 2 amounts:
- the cost of courses already taken;
- a penalty provided for by law. This penalty corresponds to the lesser of the following amounts: $50 or 10% of the price of the courses that were not taken.
Procedure to cancel your registration:
To cancel your registration, you must send Passionlaine another written notice. The contract is canceled upon sending the form or notice. From the date of shipment, Passionlaine has 10 days to reimburse you, if applicable.
Cancellation conditions for equipment purchases:
Since the materials purchased for training from Passionlaine have a total value of less than $100, you cannot cancel the materials portion of the contract.
