2. Buzz the Astronaut

Already my third text since my first publication in our blog. What a pleasure to share this information with you!
Today, I present to you the project carried out by our 24-year-old daughter Émilie to whom I passed on the passion for crochet but also for amigurumis. This project was prepared for his dad (Father's Day 2021) who loves anything related to astronomy and space exploration.
Buzz the astronaut whose name is inspired by Buzz Aldrin who was the 2nd person to set foot on the moon.
This pattern is by Maria Zhyrakova. You can get it (English only) from the StudioWowToysUS Etsy shop.
Crochet utilisé : 2 mm
7 colors of Scheepjes Catona were needed for its creation:
- 106 - Snow White (58 g)
- 074 - Mercury (33 g)
- 172 - Light Grey (19 g)
- 110 - Jet Black (8 g)
- 261 - Capri Blue (2 g)
- 115 - Hot Red (1 g)
- 389 - Apple Green (1 g)
J'utilise de la fibre de rembourrage classique en polyester de Loops & Threads que je me procure chez Michaels. J'ai utilisé 87 g de bourrure.
Buzz l'astronaute mesure 22 (H) x 18 (L) x 12 (P) cm.
Un beau projet à réaliser pour vous ou pour toute personne intéressée par l'espace.
